- PARENTS: The
workouts for Track & Field can be challenging. Please make sure your
son or
- daughter is getting plenty of rest and drinking lots
of fluids when they get home. Also be aware that
- they will be sore and stiff from time to time.
This can be lessened by additional stretching at home
- in the evenings and in the morning. If
they have any type of injury( beyond soreness or normal
- fatigue ) remind them to let a member of the coaching
staff know.
