PARENTS:  The workouts for Track & Field can be challenging.  Please make sure your son or
daughter is getting plenty of rest and drinking lots of fluids when they get home.  Also be aware that
they will be sore and stiff from time to time.  This can be lessened by additional stretching at home
 in the evenings and in the morning.  If they have any type of injury( beyond soreness or normal
fatigue ) remind them to let a member of the coaching staff know.
